First time logging into the new system?

We moved to this new system on 22 October 2026. Your space account is here. Here’s how to get in.

1Use the same email address you used on the previous Warm Welcome site.
2You can sign in with a magic link every time, with no password needed. On the form, choose Magic link and we’ll email you a one-time link.
3Prefer a password? Set one (or change it later) with the button below. Passwords from the old site were not carried over.

Common questions

On 22 October 2026 we moved to a more secure, reliable dashboard that is easier to use. You can manage your space, upload photos, publish your own page on the main site, and add other people to help run it. There is also a fuller help centre if you get stuck. Sign in with the same email and your space should already be here.
