Edit a space

Open My Spaces, choose your space, then use Edit (or jump into a wizard step from the overview).

What you can change

• Name, organisation, address, and contact details
• Opening hours
• Description, photos, and logo
• Communications preferences
• Volunteer preferences
• Publishing / visibility settings

How updates reach the public site

After you save and publish, the public map and listing update straight away. Refresh the public page if you don’t see the change yet. If the pin was wrong, drag it on Basic info — see Fix your map pin.

Team access

On the space overview, use Team access to invite someone by email. See Team access & handover.

Temporary hide

If your space is closed for a while, see Hide, pause, or remove.
