Share your space page

Managing Your SpaceArticle

Your public space page lives on the Warm Welcome website. People find it via the map, search, and any link you share.

Publish first

In the wizard (or space edit), complete Publish. Unpublished or hidden spaces won’t show on the public map. Once published, your space appears on the public map straight away — refresh if needed.

Find your public link

  1. Open the space in the dashboard.
  2. Look for the public / Webflow link on the overview (or copy from the Warm Welcome site once live).
  3. Share that URL in newsletters, social posts, partner emails, or printed posters.

What visitors see

  • Location and opening times
  • Description and photos
  • How to get in touch (based on what you published)

Checklist before sharing widely

  • [ ] Address and postcode are correct
  • [ ] Map pin is on your entrance (fix pin if needed)
  • [ ] Opening times match reality this week
  • [ ] Photos look welcoming and up to date
  • [ ] Coordinator contact is monitored
  • [ ] Space status is published (not draft / hidden)
