Hide, pause, or remove

Temporary closure (e.g. summer)

Open the space from My Spaces and choose Hide from map. Visitors won’t be sent to a closed door, and you can choose Show on map again whenever you reopen. Edit the same space when you come back — don’t create a new one.

Accidental duplicate

If one of the listings is yours and shouldn’t exist, archive it (see below). If you’re not sure which is the right one, open a ticket naming both listings and staff will sort it out.

Closing permanently

Open the space and choose Archive space at the bottom of the page. Pick a reason and confirm. The space comes off the map, its public page is removed, and it can no longer be edited.
