Getting started

Welcome to your Warm Welcome owner dashboard. This is where you manage your space listing, find resources and funding, and get support from the team.

What you can do here

• My Spaces — see every space you own or help manage
• Add a space — create a new listing with the guided wizard
• Resources & Funding — toolkits and opportunities for your space
• Help — these docs, plus articles and videos from the team
• Support — raise a ticket if you get stuck

Your first session

1. Open My Spaces from the sidebar.
2. If you already have a space, open it to check the overview.
3. If not, choose Add a space and follow Set up a space.
4. When you’re ready for the public map, finish Publish in the wizard — see Share your space page.

Tips

• You can leave the wizard and come back — progress is saved.
• Invite a teammate from the space overview so they can help without contacting support.
• Use the purple chat button (bottom right) for a quick question or ticket.
